What success looks like Associates are trained, coached, and motivated—everyone knows their role and target. Tasks are allocated smartly; workflow is balanced to optimize output and efficiency. Safety, policy compliance, and quality standards are consistently upheld. Issues are spotted early, resolved quickly, and downtime is minimized. Work areas remain organized and clean per company standards (5S mindset encouraged). Quality control is supported so finished goods meet customer requirements. Performance feedback and development plans help team members grow. Cross-functional collaboration advances shared operational goals. Continuous improvement ideas are identified and implemented. Production records are accurate; leadership receives clear operational updates. The culture is positive, respectful, and team-focused. Your background High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Technical school certification or related training (preferred). 4+ years in a supervisory/lead role within manufacturing, production, or distribution. Experience as a Team Lead, Production Supervisor, or comparable role (preferred). Capabilities we value Hands-on leadership with proven results in fast-paced environments. Skilled in delegation, coaching, and managing performance. Strong analytical problem-solving and confident decision-making. Clear communication—both verbal and written. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Able to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Collaborative approach that works well across departments. Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement (preferred). Language fluency Bilingual English/Spanish required. Team leadership Direct responsibility for leading and coordinating production associates on the plant floor. Professional proficiencies Leadership / People Management Warehouse Experience
