What success looks like Associates are trained, coached, and motivated—everyone knows their role and target. Tasks are allocated smartly; workflow is balanced to optimize output and efficiency. Safety, policy compliance, and quality standards are consistently upheld. Issues are spotted early, resolved quickly, and downtime is minimized. Work areas remain organized and clean per company standards (5S mindset encouraged). Quality control is supported so finished goods meet customer requirements. Performance feedback and development plans help team members grow. Cross-functional collaboration advances shared operational goals. Continuous improvement ideas are identified and implemented. Production records are accurate; leadership receives clear operational updates. The culture is positive, respectful, and team-focused. Your background High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Technical school certification or related training (preferred). 4+ years in a supervisory/lead role within manufacturing, production, or distribution.
