Job Description:
Form and lead project/Kaizen teams Advise appropriate disciplines on issues that affect productivity, quality, cost, and safety Engineering, Quality Control disciplines and Component Manufacturing for the Automotive Industry Tests, trains, and troubleshoots system for customer, providing initial level of support for assigned product Generate interest of site and paying customers in additional products and services offered by MS Companies Responsible for timely entry of time and expenses in project accounting system Responsible for timely creation of Project Activity reports to paying customer Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks Understand lean principles Excellent communicator to the site and paying customers
Job Requirements:
Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on longer assignments Manufacturing experience as a supervisor or higher level of Management Hands on experience in operations management, plant management, process engineering, quality systems or continuous improvement A clear understanding of the issues related to production, quality system improvement, reliability-centered maintenance, and the application of Kaizen Proven experience and front-line management exposure specifically in relation to operational performance improvement Open to regional travel Able to take direction from the paying customer Act as a Liaison between the paying customer and the site customer to remedy issues INDQSS
