Overview The Plant Operations Supervisor will provide strategic operational oversight for all production operating facilities, ensuring safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance. Responsibilities Execute routine operations of assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies. Monitor production outcomes to ensure customer and food safety requirements are met. Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timelines. Administer production budget and execute purchase orders. Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations for multiple departments. Supervise and coach direct reports, including hiring and performance management. Manage labor allocation, schedules, and overtime for efficient operations. Monitor materials usage to minimize risk and ensure equipment efficiency. Maintain accurate production records and safety logs. Communicate production goals and safety updates during shift meetings.
