Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area for a Sealcoating and Line Striping Foreman. The Foreman will oversee and manage sealcoating and line striping projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality. Responsibilities include leading and supervising a team, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven supervisory skills and experience leading teams Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment Strong communication skills for interaction with team members and clients Experience or knowledge in carpentry and general maintenance Attention to detail and ability to ensure project quality and safety compliance Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in the Columbia, SC area Experience in sealcoating, line striping, or related fields is a plus Commitment to teamwork and a strong work ethic
