Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.- Effectively utilizes department resources to drive positive results for employee engagement, retention and department results.
- Collaborates with Production Planning department on available labor and schedule.
- Reworks processes as needed.
- Conducts new hire training specific to machine operation and processes.
- Acts as Supervisor in the absence of the Department Supervisor.
- Reads and interprets work instructions and other requirements necessary to complete the job task according to the product specifications.
- Enforces all organizational policies and addresses items specific to the department to maintain company standards.
- Helps to evaluate and audit the standard times and efficiencies of department employees
- Assist in calculating daily and weekly output to assure revenue goals are being met
- Audit and correct employees of overinflated "Additional time Collection"
- Ensures productive collaboration between departments and shifts.
- Interprets and applies quality standards to parts and processes.
- Department Team Leads are held to a minimum of 15 points as to align with the Core Values of Counterpart. The point system is outlined in the Handbook.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Review and Complete documented "Standard Work"
- Monitor own time to ensure that Team Lead duties are kept to under 20% of core time.
