Responsibilities Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team to produce manufactured products, organizing workflow to meet quality and productivity requirements. Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching, standardizing work, and verifying that lines are running safely and smoothly. Drive to exceed personal and team goals by upholding high performance standards through servant leadership. Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management teams. Essential Skills High School Diploma or GED. 1 year of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Safety and quality experience.Six Sigma:
Black or Green Belt certification. Knowledge of constraint management principles. Experience managing a unionized workforce. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with state-of-the-art technology and processes. The position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, in a facility committed to safety and quality. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Flat Rock, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
