area, is seeking a Project Lead to join their team!

Position Summary:
The Team Leader assists Supervisors with project setup, oversight, and completion. As the secondary point of contact for clients in the absence of Supervisors, the Team Leader ensures effective communication and continuity of service. This role includes supervising and training inspectors, developing work instructions, conducting layered audits, and performing inspector duties as needed. Position Responsibilities Initiate, oversee, and close projects in accordance with client procedures. Enhance customer service through regular interaction and timely escalation of improvement opportunities. Allocate project resources based on job requirements and inspector capabilities and communicate project activities and needs to management. Develop and refine work instructions to improve customer and supplier inspection and rework processes. Verify and correct project documentation as needed. Obtain and submit client billing information as required. Address new job requests in line with customer delivery requirements. Monitor active projects for certified material arrivals and communicate receipt in a timely manner. Maintain accurate turnover logs documenting all relevant project activities. Certify project team members using appropriate documentation. Conduct layered audits (People, Parts, Process, Paperwork, Protection). Perform inspections and rework on parts as necessary. Assist in creating and implementing training programs for Inspectors. Evaluate Inspectors and temporary team members for efficiency, accuracy, and competence. Provide recommendations for retention, advancement, and disciplinary actions as needed. Manage project tools and request replacements when necessary. Ensure work areas are clean and organized according to 5S standards.
