Local projects only (future travel may be required as the company grows) About Three Stone Roofing Three Stone Roofing is a growing, quality-driven roofing contractor serving Middle Tennessee. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing systems with a strong focus on workmanship, safety, and operational execution. As we continue to expand our commercial work, we are seeking aCommercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations on our local commercial projects. Position Overview The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day field oversight of commercial roofing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company and manufacturer standards. This is a hands-on, field-based role with clear authority on the jobsite and close coordination with Project Managers and Operations leadership. This position is strictly local at this time. Limited travel may be required in the future as the company expands, but there is no regular or overnight travel currently expected. Key Responsibilities Oversee on-site commercial roofing operations from start through completion Manage foremen, crews, and subcontractors to ensure proper installation Enforce company quality standards and manufacturer specifications Coordinate with Project Managers on schedules, manpower, and jobsite needs Maintain safe, clean, and professional jobsites Conduct jobsite inspections and address deficiencies promptly Assist with punch lists, inspections, and job closeout Communicate daily progress, issues, and needs to internal teams Required Qualifications 2-5+ years of commercial roofing experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal, Coatings) Ability to manage multiple local job sites simultaneously Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA standards Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and manufacturer specifications Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead Installer Manufacturer certifications Experience working with Project Managers or production teams Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What We Offer Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Stable, local work environment Opportunity to grow with a company expanding its commercial division How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
