Smurfit WestRock is seeking a Line Leader to oversee daily operations on a high-speed packaging line in our manufacturing facility. You will coordinate crew activities, monitor equipment, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. Key duties include assigning tasks, resolving line issues, tracking production metrics, and ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. You'll train and coach operators, support continuous improvement and lean initiatives, and partner with maintenance and quality teams to reduce downtime and waste while meeting customer and production targets.
