Sinomax is currently hiring for a 2nd shift (Bilingual Spanish/English) Production/Manufacturing Supervisor. This is a full time position for immediate start! (after background and drug screening). The Production Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for managing multiple production lines and overseeing staff and processes within a manufacturing environment. This position handles scheduling, routine production activities, and serves as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues. The role requires advanced technical expertise, strategic resource management, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement to achieve production efficiency and quality goals. The Production Supervisor ensures full compliance with safety and regulatory standards while promoting a high-performance culture. Schedule 3:00pm-2:00am Mon-Fri Position Description Oversee the production process for multiple lines or shifts, ensuring operational goals are met. Supervise production teams by providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback to Leads and team members. Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization. Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., engineering, quality, supply chain) to support production goals. Monitor, analyze, and report production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for safety, quality, and production issues. Ensure full compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company-specific regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for management during production escalations or emergencies. Perform specific tasks as required for the production line. Follow all safety policies, protocols, and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Advanced knowledge of production equipment, processes, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in production scheduling systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred. Willingness to work overtime, extended hours, and some weekends as needed. Understanding and ability to adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations. Ability to adapt to and excel in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to hear and see clearly. Willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
