Production Supervisor

Accomplish company goals through Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement in a safe and effective work environment within the guidelines of company policies. Ensures conformance with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and practices Provide assigned associates with necessary resources required to perform job responsibilities Monitor daily work schedules utilizing kanban to ensure timely completion of orders Oversee the operation of all equipment to ensure safe and proper working ability with scheduled preventive maintenance Coordinate on-the-job training and cross training to ensure associates are capable of performing job responsibilities Assist to resolve associate issues and concerns within the guidelines of the company policy Develop new process methods for continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness Assure proper administration of company rules and regulations Facilitate ongoing safety and communications Maintain a quality system that meets or exceeds the requirements for
