We are seeking an Assembly Supervisor to join our production facility in Smyrna, TN. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of 40-50 production associates, guiding them to achieve top-tier results in safety, quality, and productivity. High SchoolResponsibilities Lead all operations within the Press Department across multiple shifts. Develop, coach, and mentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and production associates. Drive departmental performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and other lean manufacturing practices. Establish and monitor production goals, efficiency targets, scrap reduction initiatives, SPM, and other key operational metrics. Identify safety concerns, production challenges, and delivery risks while implementing effective corrective actions. Collaborate with senior leadership, Human Resources, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives. Evaluate leadership performance and identify training and professional development opportunities. Prepare and present operational updates, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership. Foster a culture centered on safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
