MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the management team, your responsibility does not just consist of your specific area, but the plant as a whole. Profitability - o Always be conscience of ways to be more efficient and reduce cost in order to increase profitability. Safety - o Everything is Safety first. Zero accidents.  Protect yourself and your employees from any kind of accident or risk  Take necessary actions to avoid any accident or risks.  If accident occurs, it is your responsibility to complete the report/snap shot and report to your direct manager, Compliance Manager and President. This includes interview, cause investigation and countermeasure(s).  Execute safety training for your subordinates. Compliance - o Respect and comply with regulations, rule and order. Both internal and external.  Illegal behaviors, procedures and methods are to be prohibited.  Train employees in your department and take an initiative for compliance thinking and behavior.  Compliance to external customers and automotive industry is to be secured and ensured.  Internal compliance is to be secured and ensured. Quality - o Secure quality of our products. Zero defects  Work instruction and procedure is to be secured and ensured.  Safety critical products are to be manufactured.  Working environment is to always focus on 5S management  Train employees in your department  If quality issue is caused by you and/or your department, you are responsible to make the report and report to your direct manager, Quality Manager and President. This includes cause investigation and countermeasure(s). Position specific duties -  Supervises, establishes and coordinates the production schedule.  Ensures flow of materials, parts and assemblies between or within departments.  Satisfy customer requirements  Appropriate production and input man-hours to generate profits  Organize the flow of goods and information and make quick and accurate decisions.  Improve the accuracy of actual inventory and take appropriate measures for problem processes / processes (eliminate differences from theoretical values)  Understand the situation and develop appropriate instructions to keep inventory properly.  Coordinating between related departments so that production can be operated smoothly.
