General Assembly Production Supervisor

Job Description We are seeking a hands-on and driven General Assembly Group lead to oversee production union workers in assembly. You will oversee a team of 30-40 union employees with 6 team leads, will be responsible for maintaining high performance and safety standards, managing timekeeping and payroll accuracy, and driving accountability across the team. This position requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast paced manufacturing environment and is committed to operational excellence. Working Monday-Friday, and 2-3 Saturdays per month. 1st shift 6 AM

• 2:30 PM OR 2nd shift 4 PM
• 12:30 AM
