Job Description
Overview Cummings Electrical is hiring for a Production Supervisor for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC's and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more. Responsibilities Establish and maintain a positive, engaged team Train and develop team members to align with production needs and business flexibility requirements Clearly define and communicate expectations Establish and improve workflow for a variety of products; setting standards and regularly following up on standardized processes Have the managerial courage to hold team accountable to operational goals Utilize the Tiered Meeting process to track and analyze key operational metrics and implement actions to improve operational performance Direct day-to-day activities in respective departments, including manpower movement, job assignments, time/attendance/vacation data Communicate with respective departments on subjects relating to policy problem resolution, department objectives and quality issues Control and manage overtime, tool and other budgets within current guidelines Manage payroll, attendance, performance reviews and other administrative needs in a timely and accurate manner Understand the prioritization of hundreds of incoming workorders and the fluidity of changing customer demands
