This role partners closely with supervisors, planning, commercial operations, and technical teams to align labor, materials, and equipment with production needs. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with cost awareness, supplier management, and a commitment to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily workshop activities to keep repair and maintenance work progressing on time while making effective use of staffing, equipment, and logistics resources.

  • Work with technicians and vendors to position the right components at the right time so production remains steady and responsive to demand.
  • Maintain accurate operational records covering repair activity, stock movement, performance results, and project status reporting for leadership review. Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience managing production, workshop, manufacturing, or repair operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, organize workflows, and drive accountability in a hands-on operational environment.
  • Experience with purchasing, supplier coordination, and negotiation for materials, parts, tools, or equipment.
  • Strong understanding of cost control, resource planning, and operational metrics related to labor, materials, and throughput.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management practices and supply chain coordination in a production or maintenance setting.
