Production Manager Job Summary:

The Final Assembly Supervisor oversees the final assembly operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality, safe production, and maintaining throughput and on-time delivery on the shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of the final assembly team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Monitor and improve production throughput and on-time delivery by analyzing performance data and implementing improvements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports, ensuring timely communication of any issues or delays.
Qualifications:
    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing preferred.

      Experience :

      Minimum 5 years supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.

        Skills:

        Strong leadership, problem-solving, bilingual, effective communication, knowledge of winding processes, quality & safety focus

        Key Performance Indicators:
        • Quality defect rate in Final Assembly processes
        • Production throughput and OTD.
        • Team adherence to comprehensive safety protocols.
