May train new machinists, develop training, work and safety procedures for the shop.

Job Description
Metal Fabrication Job description: Fabrication Manager Will be leading up custom fabrication projects for research and development need well rounded skills in building with metal and wood. Will be also leading up small scale builds, this is a hands on manager that will work will other associates on small production builds. Must have basic understanding of hand tools, basic plumbing, basic electrical understanding. Construction background is a plus (will be building and assisting metal building construction and interior office space) Must have 5 years experience with Stick, Mig, tig and plasma/torch/laser Understanding and knowledge of CnC production metal fabrication Understanding of saws and wood working hand tools Understanding of Fluid systems
• Attention to detail and the ability to recognize problems. Pay is based on experience and ability. Raise at 90 days based on abilities and performance and Biannual bonus. Mon-Fri 7:30AM to 4:30PM 401K Retirement Plan Medical Insurance Paid holidays/
