Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising team leads and team members in a manufacturing environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, recommends improvement in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and safe working conditions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - In this position you will: Ø Ensure effective employee relations, provide employee coaching and development and resolve employment issues through problem resolution. Ø Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas and work to continuously improve in all areas. Ø Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provide regular progress reports to manager, provide leadership, perform accident investigation. Ø Track absenteeism and timekeeping. Ø Manage departmental priorities. Ø Maintain proper inventory levels. Background/Experience - To qualify for this position, you will need to have: Ø Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Ø Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing experience. Ø Proven management skills. Ø Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Ø Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with strong knowledge of Excel. Ø A dedicated and hard worker with a healthy, positive attitude toward individual, team and company goals.

Pay:

$60,931.25 - $73,379.57 per year
