Build Your Career with FS Builder Resources- Leedo Cabinets Division FS Builder Resources- Leedo Cabinets Division is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience leading manufacturing operations with a strong focus on SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery) metrics, as well as a proven track record of driving Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives that deliver measurable operational results.

What will you do:

Lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals. Coach, mentor, and develop employees. Monitor productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor utilization. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and HR teams. Maintain production documentation and reporting. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Lean Manufacturing experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
