Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily production activities within a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production teams on the assembly line to meet production goals Ensure all safety protocols are followed rigorously by team members, promoting a safe working environment at all times Monitor manufacturing processes, utilizing hand tools and power tools to facilitate assembly tasks efficiently Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas, including forklift operations and warehouse zones, to maintain optimal conditions Provide training and guidance on mechanical procedures, assembly techniques, and the proper use of hand tools and power tools Collaborate with quality control teams to uphold product standards and address any issues promptly Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports, inventory logs, and safety documentation Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on knowledge of assembly lines, welding, and heavy steel fabrication Proven experience in establishing flow, down time tracking, process improvement, and material handling improvements Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient with basic computer software, such as Microsoft Excel Ability to interpret technical instructions, blueprints, and work effectively using assembly instructions and technical diagrams Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift materials safely, and perform manual tasks as needed Proficient in basic math, as it pertains to steel fabrication Join us as a Production Supervisor where your expertise fuels our success!
