The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about developing employees, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals. Establish and implement best practices across all shifts to improve efficiency and consistency. Serve as an engaged, hands-on leader who leads by example on the production floor. Drive performance and accountability in the areas of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Production. Identify and resolve production challenges through effective problem-solving and decision-making. Utilize strong organizational and multitasking skills to oversee daily production activities. Conduct routine Gemba walks, safety audits, and quality inspections. Monitor production metrics and prepare daily and monthly reports related to attendance, machine efficiency, scrap, and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems and SAP is a plus. Experience conducting safety audits, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
