This position contributes to our vision by:  Coordinate product's engineering change implementation process, coordinating with engineering planner QA, Supply Chain, Operations.  Ensure rework is being processed for nonconforming product associated with engineering changes.  Understand and respect the QMS interfaces with the processes in whom it interacts.  Keep relevant information available as required for analysis.  Participate in the continuous improvement programs established in the Organization (

suggestion program, lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma, AS 9100, etc.).  Coordinates Changes Request (after originator does value trade analysis) with Project Engineer (Project Engineer rep), Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Program Manager, Tooling and Supply Chain.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / industrial engineering related field required or six years related equivalent experience required.
• Requires an addition one (1) year of experience with Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing environments.
• One to three years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in the ability to read and understand engineering blueprints, and parts lists preferred.
• Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Ability to lead team projects successfully.
• Proficiency in analytics and statistics.
