In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and foster a productive, safe, and efficient work environment. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in sewing processes, optimize workflow, and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily garment production activities on the sew floor, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards Coordinate with team members to optimize sewing machine utilization and workflow efficiency Monitor garment construction processes to maintain high-quality output and reduce waste Provide training and support for sewing machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Enforce safety protocols across the sew floor and maintain a safe working environment for all staff Conduct regular inspections of sewing stations and warehouse areas to ensure cleanliness and organization Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage raw material inventory levels and facilitate smooth material flow Lead problem-solving efforts when production issues arise, implementing corrective actions promptly Motivate team members through effective communication, performance feedback, and recognition of achievements Requirements Proven experience in garment construction or manufacturing environments with a focus on sewing operations & production.
