A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Shift:
5pm-5amEssential Job Functions:
- Lead and coordinate critical areas of pipe finishing, outlets/specials and loading.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.
Physical Demands:
Requires the ability to communicate effectively. Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching; the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 50 pounds. Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to changes in temperature, exposure to dust and fumes. Use of ear plugs and other PPE - such as hard hat, steel-toes boots, gloves and safety glasses as required.Work Environment:
- This position is not a warehouse job. The candidate will work in an outdoor plant environment and may be exposed to weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other temperatures changes.
