Bilingual Production Supervisor - Kitting, Fulfillment & Pack-Out (2nd Shift) Productiv Inc. - 3.2 Grapevine, TX Job Details Full-time $27 - $30 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Team supervision English Manufacturing facility experience Supervising experience Managing manufacturing teams Managing teams as a warehouse supervisor Manufacturing company experience Full Job Description Bilingual Production Supervisor - Kitting, Fulfillment & Pack-Out (2nd Shift) | 3PL / Warehouse Grapevine, TX | Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:30 AM | Full-Time Productiv, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) and e-commerce fulfillment company, is hiring a hands-on, bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Supervisor to lead kitting, hand-pack, and pack-out lines at our Grapevine, TX distribution center. You'll supervise light-production, people-driven teams assembling boxes and bags for major consumer brands (beauty, personal care, retail) — this is line work and pack-out operations, not heavy manufacturing or forklift/machine operations. You'll own shift performance across multiple kitting lines: planning labor, hitting piece-rate and one-piece-flow targets, maintaining quality/presentation standards, and building a safe, high-pace, positive warehouse environment. What You'll Do Lead daily kitting, hand-pack, and pack-out lines assembling boxes and bags for retail and e-commerce/fulfillment customers Plan labor and assign associates to lines based on work orders, order volumes, and due dates Manage one-piece flow and piece-rate production, hitting hourly UPH and throughput goals while maintaining quality Monitor line balance, identify bottlenecks, and adjust staffing in real time to keep orders on schedule Ensure presentation standards: correct items, counts, labeling, inserts, and overall kit appearance Maintain a clean, organized, safe production/warehouse area; enforce safety and GMP/housekeeping standards Track and communicate KPIs (UPH, labor productivity, quality/defect rates, rework, attendance); lead daily team huddles Train, coach, and cross-train associates and line leads on standard work and best practices Partner with operations, inventory, and account management teams to keep materials staged and orders on time Drive a culture of urgency, teamwork, and continuous improvement on the production floor Required Experience 2+ years in a production supervisor, line lead, or team lead role in kitting, hand-pack, co-packing, or light assembly (e-commerce, 3PL, contract packaging, warehouse, or fulfillment center environment) 1+ year supervising or leading teams on production lines (kitting cells, pack lines, or similar) Direct experience with high-volume, people-driven production — not heavy equipment or machine-based manufacturing
Bilingual:
fluent in English and Spanish Skills & Attributes Strong KPI mindset — comfortable using data (UPH, errors, labor hours, scrap/rework) to drive decisions and coach the team Proven ability to lead from the floor — working alongside associates, demonstrating pace and quality standards Clear communicator who can give instructions, feedback, and recognition in both English and Spanish Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple orders/customers in a fast-moving warehouse environment Nice to Have Experience in a 3PL, distribution center, fulfillment, or contract packaging environment with consumer brands Familiarity with lean manufacturing, one-piece flow, and standard work in light manufacturing or fulfillment Basic computer skills for production reporting and warehouse management systems (WMS)Benefits
