$16.50 / hour Description Group O is looking for a Functional Test Lead to join our team. The Functional Test Lead will supervisor, train and monitor workers on lab during production activities.
Key Responsibilities Essential Functions:
Monitor workers on lab during production activities to ensure adherence to work instructions Motivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high production standards Ensure that all devices tested meet quality and customer requirements Ensure product flow is maintained as well as product is correctly identified Train new employees in all processes and best practices if needed. Participate in the creation of Work Instruction for new products Participate in the review of Work Instruction after SW upgrade or improvements Validate failures and enter information into AT&T system
Secondary Functions:
Ensure 5S is being maintained on a daily basis Help maintain and secure golden equipment Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts for golden equipment Provide operator kits and keep control of their content
Job Qualifications Education/Certifications:
High school degree or GED required
Preferred Education/Certifications:
Associates degree college
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience managing people
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task Ability to train others required Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Medium to Good knowledge of Excel Must be able to use a PC Good communicator and people oriented
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of MS, Excel, PowerPoint Good knowledge of mobile devices operation (phones, tablets, accessories, cameras, etc) Supervisory skills General knowledge for trouble shooting equipment Shows a great deal of accountability and always deliver and complete commitments with little or no follow up Flexibility to learn and try new things Out of box thinking Writing and communication skills Proactive approach; taking new challenges and preventing issues
