Position Summary TDP Bakery is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to support bakery production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities in coordination with the Production Manager, helping ensure operations are completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company quality standards. The Production Supervisor will support staffing, monitor performance, reinforce safety and cleanliness expectations, and help drive continuous improvement across the production floor. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily bakery production activities to help ensure schedules are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and consistency. Coordinate staffing and shift coverage and provide day-to-day direction and support to production team members. Monitor bakery operations and key performance indicators to identify variances, improve efficiency, and support operational performance. Help ensure finished products meet quality specifications prior to release.

• Support management of waste, labor, and inventory-related expenses to promote cost-effective operations.

Maintain accurate records related to production output, waste, and equipment maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety expectations, and workplace cleanliness standards. Work cross-functionally with other departments to support smooth and integrated business operations. Assist with planning, organizing, delegating, training, performance management, and other supervisory responsibilities for production employees.

• Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.

Qualifications Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in the food or bakery industry. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, safety regulations, quality control standards, and sanitation practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze production data and performance metrics to support operational improvements. Ability to prioritize tasks and lead effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Work Environment / Hours Full-time position based in Houston, TX. Production facility environment. Regular schedule starts at 11:00 AM. Must have open availability to support 7-day operations. Additional hours or overtime may be required based on production volume and operational needs.
