Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Our client is a growing food manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence, product quality, employee development, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead second-shift manufacturing operations at their facility in Humble, TX. Responsibilities Lead daily production and packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives. Monitor workflow, process performance, staffing, and equipment utilization to ensure efficient and consistent operations. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve performance. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and manufacturing leadership experience will be considered. 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or related manufacturing environment.
