As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible overseeing and directing the daily operation of the Production Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring a safe efficient operation in achieving business targets.
• Pay and Benefits
• Starting salary of $65,000
• $70,000/year and great benefits available.
• Requirements:
• + Bilingual with ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish + Minimum 5 years leadership experience + Previous experience working in food production is preferred + Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.

+ Maintain consistent communication between the customer, coworkers, and management at all times

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities for Production Supervisors include:
