$26-$30/hr DOE + Overtime Position Summary Seeking an experienced Artificial Lift Supervisor / Optimization Specialist to oversee production operations, artificial lift systems, slickline activities, and well optimization efforts across Eagle Ford assets. This role focuses on maximizing production, reducing downtime, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting field personnel. Candidates with strong production operations, artificial lift, lease operator, or related oilfield experience are encouraged to apply. Training can be provided for qualified candidates who possess relevant industry experience, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Optimize and oversee plunger lift, gas lift, and rod pump systems . Analyze well performance and implement production improvement strategies. Monitor and troubleshoot wells using SCADA, PCCU, ROCLINK, CYGNET, XSPOC, and

WELLVIEW

. Coordinate and supervise slickline operations , including fishing, BSA installs, swabbing, bailing, and other downhole work. Gather and evaluate well data, fluid levels, and production trends. Lead troubleshooting of downhole and surface equipment failures. Coordinate with engineering on well optimization, AFE projects, and operating costs. Train and mentor operators on artificial lift systems and production optimization. Ensure safe operations and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in artificial lift, production operations, well optimization, slickline, or related oilfield operations . Strong knowledge of plunger lift, gas lift, rod pumps, and production equipment . Experience with SCADA and production optimization software preferred. Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and leadership skills. Previous supervisory, foreman, or lead operator experience preferred. Valid driver's license required. Preferred Experience Eagle Ford operations Lease operator or production operator background Echometer and fluid level analysis Predictive maintenance and reliability programs
