Job Description

Drive production excellence by leading teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring on-time project delivery. The Engineering Services Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of production workers (Mechanical Assemblers, CNC Fabrication Machinists, Material Handlers) in a prefabrication/product modification environment to ensure efficient production processes and timely completion of orders. Tasked with organizing workflow, training new employees, and implementing quality control measures to meet productivity targets. Position provides transportation, inventory control, people supervision, workload planning, proficiency, and usage of Hilti system applications, and the oversee fabrication of capital projects. The position includes interfacing with project business project managers, master scheduler, fulfillment managers, business units, and other areas at corporate headquarters. What You'll Bring This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship (including initial, transfer, or extension), and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and remain authorized for the duration of employment without the need for sponsorship. High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate degree or bachelor's Degree, preferred. Two (2) years' experience in a manufacturing environment required. Three (3) to five (5) years of CNC experience, preferred. Basic understanding of warehouse management systems, SAP preferred. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. High mechanical aptitude required. Strong math skills. Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting technical work instructions and drawings. Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
