We are hiring a Produce Supervisor for a warehouse in McAllen, TX! This role will oversee day-to-day production operations. The supervisor must have produce experience and be available to cover overtime as needed.

Pay rate:

$13.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday- Saturday, 7am to finish

Produce Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production activities during the day shift Monitor productivity, quality standards, and workflow efficiency Ensure team follows safety procedures and warehouse expectations Train, support and correct performance issues in a professional manner Coordinate with management to keep operations on schedule Track and report daily production/operational status as required
