NXT Level Auto Care is seeking a reliable, hardworking Mobile Auto Detailer to join our growing team. You will operate our fully equipped mobile detailing van, traveling to residential and commercial clients within our local service radius to provide top-tier exterior washes and professional interior details. What We Provide (Zero Out-of-Pocket Cost to You): Fully outfitted mobile van equipped with generator, pressure washer, and compressor. All professional-grade chemicals, soaps, degreasers, and supplies. Established booking flow and client dispatch.

Core Responsibilities:

Safely drive and operate the mobile detailing van to all scheduled job sites. Execute meticulous exterior washes, wheel cleaning, tire dressing, and interior detailing to NXT Level standards. Manage equipment, water usage, and professional chemical dilutions efficiently on site. Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the NXT Level brand professionally with every client.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Prior experience in automotive detailing or hand washing preferred (we are willing to train the right motivated individual). Strong work ethic, punctuality, and high attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors and handle physical labor in various weather conditions.

Compensation Structure:

Clean 40% commission split on every job completed. You keep a major share of every ticket with zero deductions for gas, chemicals, or equipment overhead.
