Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. •29 Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Project Lead
•Millwork to manage custom millwork projects from production planning through completion. This role coordinates with Project Management and multiple production departments to ensure projects are completed on time, accurately, and to quality standards . The ideal candidate has strong millwork production experience, understands fabrication processes, can read shop drawings, and is comfortable using Innergy to manage materials, scheduling, drawings, work orders, and production progress. Play a key role in delivering quality projects on schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from production start through final completion. Participate in MTO and ETO meetings and review drawings and specifications. Develop and monitor production schedules and project timelines. Use Innergy to manage materials, work orders, drawings, labor, and production status. Coordinate workflow between Project Management, Production, Paint, Metal, Corian, QC, and Packing. Identify and resolve production delays and bottlenecks. Communicate schedule changes, revisions, and project updates. Coordinate quality inspections and final project approval. What We're Looking For 3+ years of millwork production or project coordination experience. Strong knowledge of custom millwork fabrication . Experience with Innergy or similar production management software . Ability to read and interpret shop drawings. Bilingual in English and Spanish
