This position is responsible for the oversight and production flow of multiple projects. Ability to quickly identify waste with keeping a lean mentality while also hitting production goals is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervising/leading/training of warehouse employees. Maintain and surpass production goals. Monitor beginning to end production of project. Responsible for successful flow of production. Communicating end of day production to Supervisor Ability to fill in Supervisor role as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training in co-pack or warehouse environment. Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred). PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Education and/or

Experience Required:

GED or H.S. Diploma College experience or degree is a plus. This is not the JD in it's entirety.
