Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

Oversees the production facility during 2nd Shift utilizing demonstrated leadership skills to ensure delivery schedules and production goals are met. Leads, directs, and supervises 20+ employees within the Production and Saw Departments. Manages employee scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, vacation requests, and other day-to-day personnel matters. Supervises and coordinates daily activities of production employees, assigning work and monitoring performance to maximize efficiency and productivity. Maintains safe operations by enforcing safety procedures, regulations, and company policies. Ensures work areas are cleaned daily and maintained within all safety and housekeeping standards. Maintains equipment by ensuring preventative maintenance requirements are completed and coordinating repairs as needed. Monitors production output, quality, and efficiency to identify and resolve bottlenecks or operational issues. Coordinates with warehouse and materials personnel to ensure materials and inventory are available for scheduled production. Assists with locating, pulling, and staging materials for jobs to maintain workflow efficiency. Plans stock inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying stock. Ensures responsibilities, authority, and accountability of direct subordinates are clearly defined and understood. Trains, coaches, disciplines, and evaluates employees to support performance and development. Requirements Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or production supervision experience required. Experience leading and supervising teams of 20+ employees in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials handling. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations. Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bilingual with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish required. Proficient in basic math, geometry, and trigonometry related to machining operations. Sawing and threading experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities. 10 hour work days and 8 hours on

Saturday Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
