Bring your welding leadership skills to a fast-paced fabrication and skid operation in Rhome, TX, where every shift matters and quality is built into the process. In this Senior Welder opportunity, you'll oversee welding production, lead crews hands-on, and help drive projects forward with a growing team. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Welder position include: Strong welding operations background required, with deep welding knowledge and the ability to oversee welding production AWS Certified or previously AWS Certified Experience leading crews or production teams Ability to manage work in a fast-paced fabrication environment Lead welding crews and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification Support production schedules and help keep projects on track Monitor quality, productivity, and safety within the welding operation Coordinate with operations leadership and other shop leaders as needed

Salary:

$30 - $38 per hour
