is seeking an experienced, hands-on Special Pack Supervisor to lead our In Store Design Team (ISDT), also known as Special Pack. This position is responsible for supervising employees, coordinating daily production activities, maintaining quality and productivity standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Ability to flex to 2nd shift if needed. What You'll Do Supervision & Team Leadership Train and develop employees on an ongoing basis and ensure required LMS training is completed. Provide daily direction and answer questions from employees and agency associates. Address errors and quality concerns with employees so corrections can be made. Review and verify daily timekeeping in Unify and StellarPack. Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and a positive work environment. Operations & Production Coordinate the daily production schedule with the Special Pack Planner. Assign and review work to ensure production priorities are achieved. Monitor workflow, productivity, staffing, and production requirements throughout the shift. Resolve operational issues and adjust resources as needed to meet customer requirements. Ensure employees understand work instructions, specifications, and production expectations. Maintain accurate production information and documentation. Quality & Continuous Improvement Ensure work is completed according to customer specifications and established quality standards. Monitor production for accuracy and address errors or concerns promptly. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, workflow, and employee performance. Reinforce established procedures and ensure employees follow safety and operational requirements. Work closely with management, planners, and other departments to support successful daily operations. What We're Looking For Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or production environment preferred. Strong ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate employees. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and productivity. Comfortable using computer systems to track production, timekeeping, and other operational information. Ability to work collaboratively with employees, agency associates, planners, and management. Why Join United Facilities? Knowledge of Nepali language would be helpful, but not required.
