Job Description Performance Contracting is seeking a Foreman for its PCI Austin 549 operations for projects in San Antonio, TX. This individual will be responsible for : Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out Use look‐ahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co‐workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner Performs other related duties as assigned On-the-job training offered This position is safety-sensitive.
