Full Job Description Overview:

The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position reports to the Operations Manager and leads a team of 50+ production employees, coordinating daily workflow, supporting employee development, and identifying ways to improve efficiency and productivity. Schedule 1:30 PM - 11:00 PM Monday-Sunday availability required Must be flexible with the schedule, including weekends and changing business needs.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Associate's degree in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Experience supervising or leading a team of 50+ employees preferred. Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Strong leadership and employee training skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving and investigative skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to use various hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate production records.
