Production Lead Location:

San Antonio, TX 78223

Pay:

$18/hour

Temp-to-Hire |

All Shifts Available Available Shifts:

1st

Shift:

7:00 AM•3:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

3:30 PM•12:00 AM 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM•7:30 AM We are urgently hiring experienced Production Supervisors to support fast-paced manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising production teams and ensuring efficient daily operations. Minimum Qualifications (Required): 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment At least 6 months of hands-on leadership experience managing teams of up to 30 employees Food manufacturing experience is highly preferred Automotive manufacturing experience is also accepted

Additional Requirements:

Flexible availability, including weekends, based on production needs Comfortable working in a refrigerated (cold) environment

Dress Code & Facility Guidelines:
