Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a crew of sheet metal workers on-site Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings Coordinate with other trades and project management to meet deadlines Ensure all work meets code requirements and quality standards Order materials and manage inventory as needed Enforce safety rules and job site cleanliness

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial sheet metal experience Prior foreman or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork systems and installation practices Ability to read blueprints and construction documents OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills
