3rd Shift Area Coordinator (11:45pm 730am) + $2.00 Shift Differential

Summary We are seeking an Area Coordinator, who will coordinate the activities of the Production Associates to safely deliver quality manufactured products. Actively search, find and eliminate safety concerns and wastes in the area and beyond, through problem solving and continuous improvement techniques, and eliminate or elevate obstacles preventing the Production Associates from working effectively. Work to support the goals and objectives of CFAN and of the different Value Streams that the area supports, through collaboration and communication. Responsibilities 1. Coordinate teams in planning daily work assignments (safety, production, investigations, product, process, training/cross-training, 5S, continuous improvement, safety…) - approximately 40% of the time

Actively lead daily Tier 1 stand-up meeting & support Tier 2 stand-ups. b. Provide/Coordinate training for newly assigned persons and ensure training checklists are completed c. Coordinate cross-training within area or with other work areas. d. Ensure the daily stockroom material requirements have been planned and requisitions have been submitted to avoid work delays e. Attend production meetings as needed f. Perform and coordinate PM activities 2. Produce in the different operations in the area, in excess of 25% of the time (DirectHours% > 25%)

• 3. Problem Solving - approximately 25% of the time a. Lead, support and coach problem solving investigations for issues impacting KPIs b. Find, analyze and eliminate wastes in the area through problem solving methodologies 4. Safety, 5S and Continuous Improvement - approximately 10% of the time
• a. Perform safety audits/observations/walks/risk hunts b. Lead 5S efforts in the area to reach the company target c. Assist with VSM's and in coordinating the work-flow from cell to cell 5. Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications Strong adherence to the CFAN Core Value - Accountability, Trust, Adaptability & Inclusiveness. Good communication skills. Three years of experience in leading projects, training, acting team leader or area specialist.
