About the Role We are seeking a skilled Lead Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will combine expert TIG welding proficiency with team leadership to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow management on the shop floor. Responsibilities Execute high-precision TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel components to meet production deadlines. Operate diverse shop machinery including shears, brakes, rollers, and plasma cutters to shape raw materials into finished ductwork. Direct daily shop operations by prioritizing tasks and resolving production bottlenecks to maintain optimal throughput. Provide technical mentorship and hands-on guidance to junior welders to elevate overall team skill sets. Conduct rigorous quality inspections on all fabricated assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
