Job Description
Production Supervisor We are looking for a dependable, hands-on
- Production Supervisor
- to lead and support our production team.
- Lead and support production employees throughout the workday.
- Communicate daily production goals, priorities, and expectations.
- Monitor production progress and help keep work on schedule.
- Help employees and leads troubleshoot issues that may slow or stop production.
- Make sure employees have the materials, tools, and information needed to complete their work.
- Monitor quality and address concerns as they occur.
- Maintain and enforce safety, PPE, and housekeeping expectations.
- Train and cross-train employees in different production areas.
- Coach employees and provide feedback when improvement is needed.
- Encourage teamwork, communication, accountability, and problem-solving.
- Adjust manpower and workflow when needed to support production.
- Communicate production issues, employee concerns, equipment problems, or other needs to management.
- Help identify simple ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and make production run smoother. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
