Job Description
Production Supervisor, Nights Refresco

Position Description Reporting to the Manager Production, the Supervisor Production is responsible to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment, supervise personnel to meet daily production targets, and ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, health and safety policies, and equipment monitoring. They drive process improvements, labor reporting, and efficiency, delivering high-quality products in a cost-effective manner.Schedule:
Nights, 6pm- 6am, 2-2-3 shift Essential Functions Adhere to and ensure compliance to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and PPE requirements.
Requirements Required Skills:
Experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment, beverage production experience preferred. Solid understanding of production machinery/forklifts, including an awareness of technical issues. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Forklift certification may be required. Must be available for shift work.Competencies:
Continuous Improvement- Commitment to identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementation of lean manufacturing principles or other improvement methodologies, encouragement of feedback from team members to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in troubleshooting process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and waste. Documentation Skills
- accurate recording of production data, completion of required paperwork or electronic documentation, and maintenance of organized records. Safety and Compliance
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, enforcement of safety protocols and training of team members on safety measures, understanding of regulatory requirements related to manufacturing operations. Timely and accurately completes monthly Alchemy training. Communication Skills
- Effective verbal and written communication with team members and supervisors, reporting issues accurately, and collaborating to ensure smooth workflow. Follows equipment down-time escalation process schedule. Training and Development
- Ability to train new hires on production processes and procedures and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members. Foster skill development and career growth. Leadership
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback, conflict resolution skills to address issues within the team. Ownership

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Science, Business or related discipline preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably beverages. SAP prior experience a strong assetWorking Conditions:
Work environment- A rapid, often demanding environment where attention must be concentrated in the face of numerous changing stimuli.
Work Schedule:
Weekdays, weekends, afternoon, evenings, overnight and holidays may be required.Floor Presence Expectation:
