Job Description

Main Tasks Plan and oversee daily work schedules and staff assignments. Supervise, train, coach, evaluate, and develop team members in accordance with company policies. Monitor employee performance, attendance, and adherence to procedures and customer expectations. Promote and enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards Minimize overtime and improve operational efficiency through process standardization and continuous improvement. Coordinate with production and plant leadership to meet business objectives. Track production output, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure staffing and workflow support production demands and customer needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment. Experience with hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development. Knowledge of production scheduling, material management, and lean manufacturing principles preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP/Sage experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and lead teams effectively. Forklift certification/experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely at all times. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical equipment such as forklifts and other machinery. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Ability to work in temperature conditions between 45 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit; may occasionally exceed 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; bend; stoop; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach/lift with hands and arms up to 50 pounds.
