The Production Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) and GFRG products meet the highest standards of excellence by managing end-to-end production operations, quality, materials, and personnel. This role oversees all production department managers and supports a large, diverse workforce. The Production Manager is directly responsible for developing production team capability, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and controlling labor hours and costs. This position manages the largest portion of the company's budget and has a significant impact on profitability. The Production Manager may interface with customers, general contractors, engineers, installers, inspectors, and other external partners. They play an integral role in managing, enforcing, and updating company standards for personnel, safety, materials, equipment, inventory, and environmental controls. Basic Spanish communication skills preferred to support team communication. A core objective of this role is to implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies, a comprehensive Total Quality Management (TQM) system, and continuous improvement processes to reduce scrap by 70%, optimize value streams, and maximize operational efficiency measured through OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). products at optimal cost and efficiency. Establish and manage a complete Total Quality Management (TQM) system, including fully documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all stages of the

production and QC process. Confirm and/or design a robust equipment maintenance program to maintain company readiness, minimize downtime, and support OEE targets. Utilize strong problem-solving and resourcefulness Apply rapid problem-solving methods and Lean tools to deliver simplified, effective solutions. Implement structured Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) to eliminate recurring defects and drive corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate with team leads daily to create and adjust the production schedule.
• Assign roles and responsibilities to ensure workflow runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Identify the root causes of inefficiencies, quality issues, and delays—and solve them.
• Track labor needs in advance and make timely staffing recommendations.
• Enforce KPIs and accountability with transparency and clarity. Team Leadership & Development
