$28-$38 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 2:15 p.m.-1:00 a.m.; Fridays as needed Do you enjoy helping people get better at what they do? Amsco Windows is looking for a production supervisor who can lead our swing shift team, solve problems on the floor, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. You'll have room to learn, improve how your area runs, and grow with a locally owned window manufacturer. We value supervisors who set clear expectations, listen to their team, accept feedback, and follow through. What you'll do Coach and develop team leads and production employees. Set clear expectations for safety, quality, attendance, and production, and hold the team accountable. Stay involved on the production floor, monitor progress, and adjust plans when priorities change. Use production information and input from the team to identify problems and make sound decisions. Address employee concerns and minor conflicts fairly and promptly. Find practical ways to improve processes, quality, and teamwork. What you'll bring 3-5 years of production supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience in a related field. The ability to train people, give useful feedback, and receive direction and feedback yourself. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A steady, professional approach when the shift gets busy. A high school diploma; additional education or related training is a plus. Willingness to work the swing shift schedule, including Fridays when needed. This is an active, on-your-feet leadership role.
